A new 1.17 million square foot warehouse was unveiled to local dignitaries today (Tuesday) at Gateway 14, the new state-of-the-art business, innovation, and logistics park near junction 50 of the A14 at Stowmarket.

Jaynic and Gateway 14 Ltd has won the ‘Deal of The Year Award’ at The UK Property Forum’s Eastern Echo Awards.

Gateway 14 – the new state-of- the-art business, innovation and logistics park in Stowmarket – continues to take shape, with plans now submitted for a new 164,500 sq ft manufacturing and warehouse unit.

Gateway 14’s deal with The Range was named the 2023 Sale/Acquisition of the Year CoStar Impact Award winner, announced on the 31st March, 2023.
